  • No, however it is preferred that candidates have LIFE experience. The most important traits in high-end hospitality are interpersonal awareness, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

  • Guest-facing roles across travel & hospitality:
    • Trip leading & guiding
    • Yachting & expedition ships
    • Private aviation
    • Luxury private lodges & premier hotels
    • Remote or office-based roles like trip planning, concierge, and experience design

  • You will be granted access to our members-only community. Within the community, you will be able to leverage your global network of peers, search through the hand-curated job board to discover your next role, and schedule calls directly with your career mentor.

    • Calls with your mentor are every 1-2 weeks.

    • Each session is 45-90 minutes

  • Most of our students find opportunities between 2 months to 1 year, depending on seasonal hiring and personal readiness. There is no guarantee - but with personalized guidance, strategic networking, and timing, your chances increase dramatically.

  • No. Many students opt for local, or remote roles for more stability - including hotels, concierge work, trip design, and guest experience services.
